Any good classes for foreclosure learn to buy pre-mortgaged property in Massachusetts?

I am interested in learning how market foreclosure to buy pre-forclosed homes in Massachusetts. I have a general idea and want to invest in property before going to the REO. I would like learn step by step how to do it in MA, since each state can have its own rules. Does anyone know of any good classes that teach investors to do this in Massachusetts?
