Has anyone received a foreclosure notice and still keeps his house? I need to know what to do if something? I read something about HUD take over and I may be able to qualify to stay temporarily? please help …
If you file for bankruptcy that might be able to help you reaffirm your mortgage loan, if nothing else prevents them exclude up after going to court, will give some time to make living arrangements of others if it comes to that.
