has an owner has the right to collect the rent once the trustee sale notice has been given, (ARIZONA)?
We're still in a lease, havent been for a while. We received a notice of sale administrator and the owner came over and personally told him that we still have to pay the rent. Not I believe this. I have family that went through the same things they were landlordsm and once was home to foreclosure has stopped collecting rent … and was even Tennants LEASED an auction date has been set for a month away
His family have not exercised their rights, but the owner is still 100% right to rent your property. You are 100% wrong in thinking that you just found yourself a free house to live
