Does anyone have a mortgage loan modification from HSBC?
Currently the company I'm with HSBC for my phone. I stopped paying five months ago because of the difficulties. They encouraged me to apply for a mod instead of going into foreclosure. They are asking me to do "score" payments have begun. My problem is lack of confidence that they have no guarantee in writing and fear that Wil suck my money and send me to foreclosure anyway. This only be a mod Rhey 6 months and can not guarantee the payment rates until the score has been made. Has anyone had any dealings with mortgage services HSBC??
