What is the best way to find properties in foreclosure in NY, NJ and PA?
I tryed some websites but it was a bad experience.
Finding a buyer broker who works with them as a normal thing. They know – and you must pay for – the lists of cash. Those who are fresh from the courthouse that day. In some states, buyer's agents are legally prevented from representing buyers who do not intend to occupy the property with a notice of non-registered. Once the bank owns them, everyone knows about them. Nor executions are necessarily for the first time buyer. There are a lot of issues. You really want a buyer's agent to good on your side if you can get one.
