Is there a public record anywhere that lists the name of someone letting their exclusion a second mortgage in June 2009 in Sacramento County – Elk Grove, California? Where I can find this public record? Thanks
Probably in your county office employees. Some counties have an online section and hope but until lot #, subdivision and you see "substitute trustee, this means it has sold at auction after foreclosure.
