Citation Forecosure in Kentucky?
I have received a foreclosure summons in the mail today. I have not been able to make payment from February and am waiting to see if the mortgage company will accept a deed in lieu of foreclosure. My question is: Do I have to make a defense writing or let it go to the sentence in absentia? I have no money to catch up with and do not want to keep the house. Thanks in advance
